Limitations of Arbitration in the Resolution of IP Disputes- Chibueze Femi Nwankwo

Arbitration is one of the veritable ADR mechanisms deployed by parties to resolve their disputes. The advantages of arbitration are evident; hence its popularity amongst disputing parties. One major reason arbitration is advocated in resolution of IP rights disputes is because the subject matter is highly technical and there is the need to have arbitrators who are skilled with requisite expertise and experience in resolution of disputes that may arise.
