Mission & Vision
At The People’s Accolade Law Magazine (The PALM), we believe that The People should have access to useful legal knowledge in their palms. This is what we want to achieve.
In 2013, our adventure began as a small Facebook page where we regularly posted legal quotes to encourage, spark meaningful conversations and inspire lofty ambitions. Our inaugural magazine issue was launched in 2015; this issue pushed the powerful narratives driving Africa’s legal landscape.
By 2019, we had expanded our reach by launching ‘The Millennial™’. To further engage a variety of groups, we divided our main magazine into two separate editions, ‘Deluxe and Legal’, a year later. We also pioneered important events like the African Millennials’ Law and Editorial Conference and the first-ever live interview of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) presidential candidates in 2020, and our trailblazing route continued.
We have burgeoned into a constellation of publications, including ‘The PALM’, ‘The Millennial™’, ‘The StarLight™’, ‘The PALM Articles™’ and ‘The PALM News™’. In addition, we have grown into one of the most diverse editorial boards, with up to fifty editors spread throughout several nations bound by our code of ethics and policies. The PALM is a registered trademark. We are additionally registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in Nigeria. We also possess an International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) 2814-1784 to distinguish our reputation further. We keep breaking new ground and broadening our horizons.
Our vision is simple yet profound: to be the widest-reaching law magazine in the Afrocentric space. We want to continue to forge paths for fresh perspectives, critical thinking, and transformative stories that reflect the enduring spirit and resilience of law professionals, law aspirants, and the entire African community.

Its niche covers legal news, legal entertainment, and legal business. It is also a monthly digital publication targeted to unravel the tremendous potentials of millennials within the Afrocentric legal space.
The PALM was birthed on the 9th day of September 2013 as an online magazine for lawyers, law students and members of the society who wish to know the latest development about the law, lawyers and also the best of the legal world.
Its corporate business goal is to be among the top 10 legal magazine brand in Africa. The PALM will at all times demonstrate its commitment to sustainability, both individually and as a firm, by actively participating in the Afrocentric legal communities and integrating sustainable business practices wherever possible.
