Akinloluwa joined The PALM in September 2025 as an Assistant Editor. In this role, he supports the team with several editorial functions, including research, fact-finding, and writing.
Akinloluwa gained research experience as an undergraduate research assistant and has since developed a strong scholarly profile. He has authored three notable articles across diverse fields of law, including Data Protection Law, Criminal Law, and International Law, published in LAWRIT, Legal Pages, and TELSQ. His works include “The State of Communications Surveillance Law in Nigeria”, “The Abolition of the Death Penalty in Nigeria”, and “China’s Responsibility under International Law Concerning the COVID-19 Pandemic”.
Akinloluwa earned his LL.B from the University of Benin in 2023 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2025. He currently practices law with Pinheiro LP, where he continues to refine his professional expertise. He is building a passionate and growing portfolio in Public International Law, International Trade Law, Commercial and Investment Arbitration, and Energy Law.
