Bernard joined The People’s Accolade Law Magazine (The PALM) in 2020. Initially starting as a writer and editor, he has since progressed to the role of Associate Editor. Over the years, his contributions to the publication have expanded, and he continues to play a key role in shaping the magazine’s content.
In 2020, he published a book titled Critical Analysis on the Modern Definition of Criminal Intention, which was released by Lambert Academic Publishing. The book is available on Amazon and showcases his expertise in criminal law, offering an in-depth exploration of the subject. His academic background and research interests have been central to his success as both a writer and an editor.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree with First Class honours and currently works as a Senior Legal Aid Advocate with the Malawi Legal Aid Bureau. In his role, he has represented clients in several high-profile cases, including serious criminal matters such as murder and defilement, as well as significant civil cases. His extensive legal experience, combined with his editorial background, positions him as a well-rounded professional with a deep commitment to both law and legal publishing.
