Brandon’s journey with The People’s Accolade Law Magazine (The PALM) began in April 2025 when he joined as an Assistant Editor, bringing with him a sharp editorial eye and a deep passion for legal writing. In this role, he contributes to vital tasks such as editing legal texts, conducting in-depth legal research, and authoring insightful articles on topical issues.
Brandon’s editorial path was first charted during his university days, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of a Law Journal at the University of Nairobi. Since then, he has cultivated a distinctive voice in legal scholarship, regularly publishing commentaries that explore the evolving intersection between law and society. His works have spanned a wide range of subjects, from unpacking the implications of Kenya’s tax laws to envisioning the future of a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence and technology.
Brandon holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. After admission to the Bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, he practiced as an Associate at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr, before moving to Nabo Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Centum Investment Company Plc, where he currently serves as the Legal and Compliance Officer.
