Damola Tawose

Damola joined The People’s Accolade Law Magazine (The PALM) in September 2025 as a Marketing Assistant. In this role, she supports market research, campaign planning, social media engagement, and content promotion. She also assists with event support, community engagement initiatives, and performance reporting to strengthen brand visibility and ensure meaningful connections with the audience.

Prior to joining The PALM, Damola gained valuable professional experience in customer care service and support roles, where she developed strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills. Working directly with clients and customers instilled in her the importance of listening, empathy, and relationship-building skills, which now inform her work in understanding reader needs, engaging audiences, and supporting impactful campaigns.

Damola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from the University of Chester. Her journey shows both growth and adaptability, moving from customer service to building expertise in marketing and publishing. She is eager to continue learning and to use her skills to support The PALM’s mission of creating engaging content and connecting with its diverse readership
