Peter is an Assistant Editor at The People’s Accolade Law Magazine (The PALM). Appointed in May 2025, his responsibilities include editing, legal research, and contributing insightful articles that align with The PALM’s vision of fostering progressive legal discourse.
Outside The PALM, Peter is the co-founder of Clariquity, a platform committed to delivering clarity and insight across technology, global affairs, and cultural commentary, with a focus on Africa. He has also authored several legal and socio-political articles in both academic and public domains. Peter’s professional experience cuts across various clients in different industries, including public and private companies, as well as local and multinational corporations in sectors such as energy, finance, technology, real estate, maritime, logistics, startups, manufacturing, agriculture, and publishing.
He is currently the Assistant Company Secretary/Legal Services at MOJEC International Limited, where he oversees governance, compliance, litigation, and board advisory services. He has also served as a Legal Officer with the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria and Head of Litigation for the Legal Aid Community Service of the National Youth Corps (NYSC) where he provided pro-bono services. He holds an LL.B from the University of Abuja and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2021. He is a certified member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN) and a member of the Nigeria Bar Association – Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL). He remains passionate about legal development, editorial excellence, youth advocacy, and thought leadership in governance and policy.
