She is also a lecturer in law at the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS). Previously, Lozindaba worked in the Intellectual Property, Government Procurement and Competition Division of the World Trade Organisation, under the Young Professionals Programme.

Neima is a lawyer and transitional justice practitioner with expertise in human rights, post-conflict accountability, and victim-centred processes. She is currently the Transitional Justice Coordinator at the Ethiopian Human Rights Commission (EHRC), where she oversees the Commission’s transitional justice strategy, provides technical assistance to government bodies, empowers CSOs and victims’ associations, and ensures that the national process is in line with international norms and best practice through continuous monitoring and advice to stakeholders.
Deus Mugabe : Africa’s Legal Millennial

Deus Mugabe is a PhD researcher at Queen Mary University of London, where he is studying the challenges faced by African countries in implementing transfer pricing rules. Deus holds an LLM in Tax Law (with Distinction) from Queen Mary University of London, a Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation and Revenue Administration from the East African School of Taxation, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Studies from the Law Development Centre, and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Makerere University School of Law.
