Joan M. S. Bull is a distinguished legal professional, law enforcement officer and Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) in Sierra Leone. Beginning her career as a teacher after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fourah Bay College. She went on to study law, obtaining her LL.B with Honours and was called to the Bar in 2011.

Neima is a lawyer and transitional justice practitioner with expertise in human rights, post-conflict accountability, and victim-centred processes. She is currently the Transitional Justice Coordinator at the Ethiopian Human Rights Commission (EHRC), where she oversees the Commission’s transitional justice strategy, provides technical assistance to government bodies, empowers CSOs and victims’ associations, and ensures that the national process is in line with international norms and best practice through continuous monitoring and advice to stakeholders.
Deus Mugabe : Africa’s Legal Millennial

Deus Mugabe is a PhD researcher at Queen Mary University of London, where he is studying the challenges faced by African countries in implementing transfer pricing rules. Deus holds an LLM in Tax Law (with Distinction) from Queen Mary University of London, a Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation and Revenue Administration from the East African School of Taxation, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Studies from the Law Development Centre, and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Makerere University School of Law.

Nyasha is a legal professional and Executive Director in the Office of the Attorney General of Seychelles. She is also the Designated Officer for Mutual Legal Assistance in the Office of the Attorney General, which is the Central Authority for that purpose.
